Shakti Vriddhi Book Club
The revival of Hindu civilization requires not just devotion, but intellectual clarity and scholarly depth.

What We Do
The Shakti Vriddhi Book Club is a fortnightly reading and discussion circle designed for those committed to understanding and articulating the intellectual foundations of Hindu civilization. Our community gathers every alternate Saturday or Sunday to engage with works that illuminate dharmic thought, historical truth, and contemporary challenges facing our civilization.
Our carefully curated reading list spans both classical and modern works. We delve into the profound insights of contemporary dharmic thinkers such as Sita Ram Goel, whose uncompromising analysis of religious conversion and historical distortion remains unparalleled; Jadunath Sarkar, whose meticulous historical scholarship revealed the true nature of medieval Indian history; and J. Sai Deepak, whose legal and constitutional perspectives offer crucial frameworks for understanding modern India's civilizational challenges. And many more.
Beyond these contemporary voices, we study foundational Hindu scriptures—the Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, and dharmic literature—not merely as religious texts, but as repositories of civilizational wisdom that continue to offer guidance for our times.
Our Format:
Each book is explored over three dedicated session
Sessions run for 1 hour and 15 minutes each (9:00 AM to 10:15 AM IST)
Meetings held fortnightly on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
Interactive discussions combining textual analysis with contemporary application
Mode- WhatsApp Space or Google Meet
As Sita Ram Goel observed: "The Hindu society has to be defended not only on the plane of force but also, and more importantly, on the plane of ideas." Our Book Club embodies this principle through rigorous intellectual engagement.

The Why
In today's world, Dharma faces challenges on multiple fronts—historical distortions, ideological attacks, and cultural appropriations that demand informed responses rather than mere emotional reactions.
The Shakti Vriddhi Book Club exists to equip participants with the intellectual tools necessary to defend and articulate dharmic positions with clarity, evidence, and conviction.

Building Civilizational Understanding
We believe that true dharmic revival requires deep comprehension of our civilization's intellectual heritage. Through systematic study, members develop a nuanced understanding of Hindu thought that transcends superficial knowledge and enables meaningful engagement with both traditional wisdom and contemporary debates.
Countering Distortions
As J. Sai Deepak notes: "The battle for India's civilizational identity is as much about reclaiming the narrative as it is about policy." Our Book Club prepares members to identify and counter the systematic distortions of Hindu history, philosophy, and practice that pervade contemporary discourse.
Bridging Traditional and Contemporary
We create bridges between timeless dharmic wisdom and modern challenges, helping members apply ancient insights to contemporary issues while maintaining authenticity to our civilizational roots.
Developing Argumentation Skills
Our discussions foster critical thinking and evidence-based reasoning. Members learn to construct compelling arguments, analyze opposing viewpoints, and present dharmic perspectives in ways that resonate in academic, professional, and social contexts.

Articulating Dharmic Positions
Whether engaging in workplace discussions, academic debates, or social conversations, our members develop the ability to articulate dharmic viewpoints with confidence and intellectual rigor. This skill proves invaluable in a world where Hindu perspectives are often marginalized or misrepresented.
The historian Jadunath Sarkar reminded us
"History is a sacred trust, and the historian who perverts it commits an unpardonable sin." Our Book Club honors this principle by seeking truth through careful study and honest inquiry.
Join Our Intellectual Journey
The Shakti Vriddhi Book Club welcomes individuals who are serious about intellectual growth and civilizational understanding. Whether you are a student, professional, or simply someone passionate about dharmic revival, our community offers a structured path to deepen your knowledge and strengthen your ability to contribute meaningfully to contemporary discourse.
Together, we are not just reading books—we are reclaiming our intellectual heritage and preparing ourselves to be effective voices for dharmic civilization in the modern world.
"When we know our past correctly and completely, the future will not be a problem." — Sita Ram Goel
